Design-build delivery of a 9,500 SF fire station housing a 2-engine apparatus bay, kitchen, crew quarters, day room, workout room and offices. The placement of the fire station, meeting both the City of Stanton and OCFA’s square footage requirements, within the unique lot layout was a challenge. Some notable / sustainable features include vegetated bio swales, a storm water treatment system, LED parking lot lighting, state-of-the-art energy management system and lighting controls.
