Erickson-Hall was contracted the construction of the 9,369 square feet El Cajon Fire Station No. 8. Scope of work included a stucco and metal roof building consisting of a two and one half drive through apparatus bays, administrative area, maintenance work room, and living quarters with site paving designed for fire vehicles, flatwork for outdoor walks and patios, masonry screen walls and landscape areas. Project included demo of existing old site parking lot elements such as asphalt paving, light poles, dilapidated landscaping and asphalt berms.
