Lease-leaseback delivery of the reconstruction/modernization of elementary school campus with the construction of a new multi-purpose building, kindergarten classroom wing, library, classrooms, remodel of existing administration building, site work encompassing a parking lot expansion, and demolition of six portable buildings. Scope of work consisted of interim housing; abatement and ADA upgrades to three existing restrooms, site work, underground utilities, construction of a switchback ramp, interior demolition of the existing administration building and two portable classrooms, and tenant improvement build-out for temporary use of administration and food service spaces.
