Scope of work included various sports fields (football, soccer, softball and baseball), a synthetic track, batting cages, tennis courts, visitor/home bleachers, as well as a Fieldhouse housing a concession stand, coaches offices, restrooms, locker rooms, training rooms, weight room and a press box.
