Lease-leaseback delivery of the demolition and reconstruction of the Orange Vista High School Stadium. Scope of work included installation of new synthetic field and track, bleachers, construction of concessions buildings with restroom, ticket booths, and various site/infrastructure improvements, including a new parking lot.
