Design-build delivery was utilized to reconstruct Escondido Fire Station No. 4 after the City of Escondido closed the station due to discovery of a mold infestation. The old station was transformed from the existing 2,500 SF, 32-year-old facility into a 5,700 SF, 3-Bay, state-of-the-art fire station, more than double the size of old station.
