Design-build delivery of a major campus modernization consisting of a new multi-purpose building housing a gymnasium, stage/platform, weight room, boys and girls locker rooms, coach offices, ASB student store, equipment and storage rooms; an administration building housing a lobby, restrooms, administrative offices, conference rooms and workrooms; a Food Service Building housing a full service kitchen and servicing windows. Scope of work included demolition and abatement of existing 50-year old buildings prior to start of construction.
