Erickson-Hall believes that proper planning and scheduling are essential to the success of a project. We have Critical Path Method schedules in place to ensure that our projects move smoothly toward successful completion.

Erickson-Hall utilizes Expedition project management software to manage Submittals, RFI and project documentation. This web based interface allows access to our data base via the main office, jobsites or other remote locations.
